Is Your Practice Providing Superior Service?

OK, what did you learn?

  1. Your practice has to stand out from other practices.  Have a unique story.  You have to have a unique niche or selling proposition (hook).  Once you have established an expertise in your niche, you can be compensated appropriately.  In essence you can set your price structure because no one else out there can do what you do.
  2. Much like this coffee shop, your functional medicine practice should be hyper focused on customer service.  In today’s day and age, people want to be treated well and attended to with great detail.  Especially the type of people who are willing to pay a higher price for top quality service.
  3. Pay attention to details.  Your patients have most likely already visited multiple specialists who spent only a few minutes with them before pushing a prescription without offering a solution.  They are sick of this type of care.  That is why they are in your office.  Review their history before ever going into the exam room to visit them the first time.  Do a detailed examination.  Teach them about health using Core Influence.  They will be very impressed, happy, and ready to start on your recommendations.

Always remember that cost is not the issue with your patients if you are providing superior care.  Your patients will afford you if they think you are worth it.  I am here to tell you, that you are worth it!

When you are ready to take your functional medicine practice to the next level, I invite you to come to Sugar Land for the day to visit with me in my clinic.  You can get more information here <<<
