Dr. Osborne has many people waiting to see him who are suffering with illness, and in an effort to be fair to all, we must confirm all appointments 48 hours prior to the date.
I have emailed you, and called leaving several messages to receive a verbal confirmation, but unfortunately have not heard back from you.
If you would like to reschedule for another date please let us know and we will be happy to change your appointment with Dr. Osborne.
