Using FAQ’s Helps Your Patients and Your Bottom Line

We all get asked the same questions day in and day out in the clinic…

“Hey Doc, I feel like I am coming down with something. Do you have anything I can take to boost my immune system?”

or…

“Hey Doc, I am having trouble sleeping at night. Do you have a supplement or something natural I can take to help with this?”

or…

“Hey Doc, is there something natural I can do to help lower my blood pressure.? I don’t want to take any medications.”

Questions Never Stop Coming in Your Practice

The list of questions can go on and on. One of the best things you can do is comprise a list of the most frequently asked health questions your patients ask.  Take these questions and do 3 things with them:

  1.  Train your staff how to answer them properly so that they have the ability to help guide patients in a manor that is consistent with your philosophy and clinical management style.
  2. Create natural treatment protocols around these questions. Have these protocols typed up on your office letterhead, and use them as patient handouts.
  3. Send an email to your existing patients in a QnA format answering the question. There is a strong likelihood that many other patients have the same question, and answering it before they ask will help improve their health, save you time, increase referrals to the clinic, and increase your revenue in supplement sales.

Using written protocols in the office can dramatically improve patient compliance and outcomes. It can also improve your bottom line. At the end of the day, everyone wins!

Many of the protocols I use regularly can be found in the FM Blueprint members area.

To your success,
